NetStreams Adds to Training/Technical Support

Austin, TX — March 1, 2005 — NetStreams, the leader in IP-based Networked Audio/Video distribution, brought aboard Clifford Larsen as the newest manager on its training/technical support team. Larsen joins NetStreams as Training/Technical Services Manager II to provide the company’s dealers with full support in implementing its DigiLinX IP-based Networked Audio system and Musica multi-source Audio Distribution system. NetStreams is expanding its training/technical support team in an effort to ensure dealers have access to all the information they need to fully utilize all the capabilities of its innovative audio entertainment technology.

“Cliff is a seasoned custom installer and his professional experience brings to NetStreams a great perspective on custom home integration, making him an ideal addition to our training/technical support team” said Petro Shimonishi, vice president of marketing at NetStreams. “His familiarity with the requisites for installing a variety of home entertainment systems and home construction is a great resource for NetStreams and our dealers working in all types of installations. We’re excited to have added his expertise, and we’re confident that with him on board NetStreams’ will continue to develop world-class customer support.”

Larsen joins Michael Leonard (Training/Technical Support Manager I) to round out NetStreams’ training and technical support team, and is one of four new hires at NetStreams since late 2004. The company has recently expanded its sales team in addition to the technical support staff. As Training/Technical Support Manager II, Larsen will act as a reference to installers who are using NetStreams’ products in a variety of homes and commercial facilities. He will also spearhead online training courses on how to install and program NetStreams systems, as well as integrate them with other advanced entertainment and lifestyle systems. In addition, Larsen will gather installer feedback for implementation in future applications of the company’s technology.
