My Mi4703SP dual Alarm clock keeps changing from 12 hr time to 24 hr (military) time on its own. When I change it back to 12 hr , later that day it switches to 24 hr time. The same with my dimmer switch; I set it to #7 brightness and it eventually moves down the line in brightness
until there is no time display at all. I turn it back to #7 and it keeps changes to each dimmer brightness level on its own.
