LG’s Design Art series gives its home cinema system a distinctive sparkling ‘champagne flute’ inspired design

LG Electronics (LG), announced that it is introducing a home cinema system featuring an unconventional silhouette to Europe. Part of the new Design Art range, the ‘champagne flute’ inspired home cinema system (HT762TT) is designed to match LCD TVs within the Design Art series in perfect harmony.

“The idea behind the series is to add design quality to home cinema systems that make them distinctive while still blending in with today’s homes,” says Daniel Aziz, Marketing Manager, Digital Media and Car Infotainment for LG Electronics UK.

With a total output of 700W, the HT762TT features HDMI 1080p Up-scaling and SIMPLINK (HDMI-CEC) to guarantee the best picture-sound quality and compatibility with connected digital equipment.

The home cinema system composed of five speakers and one subwoofer(5.1ch) provides a “Virtual Sound Matrix(VSM)”, which creates five virtual speakers to make up to 10.1ch sound effect. VSM enhances users’ listening pleasure without any distortion or exaggeration of the original sound.

For connectivity, the HT762TT supports USB Plus that can be connected to MP3 players, digital cameras and USB memory sticks and lets users enjoy movies and music saved in the digital mobile devices. The unit supports maximum playback compatibility of DivX files to let users enjoy movies stored in their PCs and DVD±RW, DVD±R, WMA, MP3, JPEG.

Available in the UK from during 2H 2007, the HT762TT is ideal for consumers wanting sleek design and seamless technology in one stylish system.
