Klegg Electronics Debuts the World’s First IP Controlled Microsoft Windows Media Center TV at the Fall 2006 Electronic House Expo

Klegg Electronics, Inc. (Pinksheets:KLGE), announced that it will unveil its next generation fully IP controlled television, running Microsoft Vista, at the 2006 Fall Electronic House Expo (EHX) in Long Beach, CA November 14th – 17th. The next generation Klegg KLM401A 40″ Flat Panel LCD Television allows users to control media functions by sending IP commands over a standard Ethernet or wireless network.

The 40″ Flat Panel LCD Television features preinstalled Autonomic Controls custom software designed to work seamlessly with multiple devices in the home. Klegg Electronics and Autonomic Controls, a New York Based software company are members of the AMX In-Concert Program; an alliance of manufacturers devoted to creating seamless, fully integrated control solutions. Other In-Concert Program partners include 3M, Accordent Technologies and ADA- Audio Design Associates. Susan Polese, a spokesperson for Autonomic Controls said, “We believe that the Klegg Media Center TV with two way IP control is a perfect solution for custom integrators, it allows them to deliver a rich media experience to their clients with simple touch panel access to their digital libraries in a single box solution.”

The Klegg 40″ Flat Panel LCD Television allows integrators and custom installers to simply download pre-built control modules from either the Klegg Electronics or Autonomic Controls website and quickly integrate the Media Center TV with AMX, Crestron, HAI or other control and automation systems. In addition, installers can customize the 40″ Flat Panel LCD Television touch panel interface and create macros and scenes that coordinate with multiple devices in the home. The Klegg Media Center TV, running Microsoft Vista, will be on display and demonstrated in the Microsoft Vista Pavillion, booth #1317A, as well as the Klegg Electronics booth #751

The KLM401A 40″ Flat Panel LCD television is part of Klegg Electronics’ next generation “Smart Home Technology” that allows entertainment products to work together seamlessly and communicate with each other within a home network or over the internet from any location.
