Jaton will launch the new Operetta AP2300A, a class A high-performance power amplifier and the Lyra HD-661DX 3 ways Hi-Fi speaker in Las Vegas, at the CES 2008 , in the High Performance Audio Exhibition section. The introducing product line presents a guarantee on superior sound, rich experience and reliable performance.
The Operetta AP2300A amplifier is designed into a 300 Watts x 2 Channel. It has the same noise deduction circle as the AP2140A/AP5140A, which was debuted at the CES 2007, getting a lot of positive feedbacks from all the auditors, who had listened to its performance.
We also implemented the designing from a class AB to a class A in the AP2300A, which will present a much wider range in the higher tone and lower bass than the AP2140A/AP5140A. The AP2300A will retail for less US$ 5000.00 and it will be delivered around April-2008.
The Lyra HD-661DX speaker is our newest version Hi-Fi speaker since we first brought our first version, the HD-661HB speaker at the CES 2005. Over the past few years, after receiving many comments and reviews, we decided to update the tweeter from 20 KHz to 25 kHz. We even took one more step forward by changing the crossover from a 2 way to a 3 way bi-wire connection too.
The new HD-661DX will give you a much huger sound stage then the previous version. It also keeps the sweeten of mid and high range but, at the same time it brings you a more complete sound experience for a much more higher or lower frequency than the HD-661HB. The HD-661DX will retail for US$ 1600.00 each pair and ready to deliver after CES 2008.
