IOGEAR announced the Multi-Link Bluetooth Mini Keyboard (GKB601B), a mobile solution with swift toggling and data input for up to six devices. The wireless keyboard can pair with PCs, Macs, Smart Phones, tablets, iPads, game consoles and other HID profile supported devices running on Android, or iOS 4.0 and above.
As tablets and smart phones take over more of the mobile computing segment from PCs and Macs, the Multi-Link Bluetooth Mini Keyboard is a traditional input device that helps people overcome some of the challenges of touch screen typing. Whether it's wobble because of a tablet's curved back or just a feeling of awkward finger placement on a small screen, the GKB601B can help.
Compact (9.125 in. x 4.5 in.) and lightweight (0.35 lb.), the IOGEAR Bluetooth Mini Keyboard can be easily stashed when not in use. Ultra-slim with a gentle arc to ensure comfortable typing angles, it combines minimalism with high-function. Adding to the form is a patented scissor key structure that provides exact, even pressure for keystrokes, an advantage over many wireless mini keyboards that rely on low-cost, less reliable membrane switches. The GKB601B also offers hotkey access to My TV, My Videos, My Music, My Pictures, Record TV and DVD Player provide control functions to compliment the typing experience. Media Center hotkeys are only supported with the operating systems that have Microsoft Windows Media Center.
