HAI To Release ProntoScript Integration Module for Philips Pronto Remote Control of HAI’s Award Winning Home Control Systems

New Orleans, LA — Sept. 6, 2007

Home Automation, Inc. (HAI), a leading manufacturer of integrated security and home automation products since 1985 is pleased to announce the upcoming availability of its ProntoScript integration module for the Philips TSU9600 Pronto remote. This module will allow the Pronto remote to control HAI Omni and Lumina family automation systems as well as standard home theater components.

“Using a single remote, a user will be able to control his home theater; adjust lights, temperatures, and security settings; and control multi-room audio systems, such as the Hi-Fi by HAI system” explains HAI Chief Technology Officer, Brian Yokum. “This additional integration gives our installers and customers another option to expand the functionality of their HAI system.”

The TSU9600 provides a colorful touch sensitive display with Wi-Fi capability that allows it to be used as a wireless Touchscreen for the HAI system. The TSU9600 communicates via Wi-Fi to a standard W-Fi router or access point, which then connects to the Ethernet port on the HAI system. All HAI screens and functionality will be preprogrammed in the ProntoScript integration module so that an installer can easily merge the HAI functionality into a standard Pronto project.

The HAI ProntoScript integration module is expected to be available in the fourth quarter of 2007. For more information, please visit www.homeauto.com.
