Fuhu announced the nabi Look HD pocket video camcorder / digital camera that is waterproof (190 feet), shockproof (7 feet), and dustproof for kids. The camera captures full 1920x1080p high-definition MOV (H.264 video compression) video and 8-megapixel photos on 32 MB micro SD/MMC, respectively, offering approximately two and a half hours of HD movie recording. Its sleek, stylish body sports a three-inch diagonal capacitive touch screen enabling intuitive operation as well as attractive shooting and playback options.
nabi Look HD is equipped with a f/2.8, 175-degree wide-angle lens for better still photos with less noise even in challenging lighting conditions. Additionally, its processor allows videographers to attain 10x digital zoom and auto focus capabilities, including Auto Macro to focus sharply on objects as close as four inches away.
The ultra-compact, lightweight camera slips easily into a pocket or purse so it can record your favorite moments anytime, anywhere. nabi Look HD features a mini HDMI output and AV OUT to enjoy content on your TV or HDTV, or simply pop out the micro SD card and put it into your nabi tablet for immediate viewing. It also includes built in mini USB for easy charging and uploading to a computer.

nabi Look HD will be available for $169 in late December in limited release and January everywhere. Numerous accessories including additional batteries, carrying cases, mounts and cables will range from $24 to $79. The nabi Look HD boxed set includes a sport HD camera, LCD display screen, remote control, waterproof case, micro SD card, battery, power adapter, flat mount, curve mount, bracket mount, AV cable, USB cable, TV cable, carrying pouch, 8-inch lanyard, instruction manual and user manual on a mini CD.
