Each wall plate utilizes a trace equalized circuit board with the gold-plated HDMI terminals mounted on the top and front edges. This design guarantees that the digital signal path will not be affected by the hard angles normally associated with bringing in HDMI out from the wall. The innovative wall plate also includes an HDMI line conditioner for a cleaner, more robust interface.
