Crystal Acoustics introduced the Boomer, a portable Bluetooth wireless speaker and speakerphone with micro-SD card slot for playing MP3 music. At only 6 x 5cm and with a weight of just 220g, the Boomer is a lot of audio excellence in a very small package. It uses Surface Bass Boost technology to improve bass performance and a HVDL (High Volume Distortion Limiter) with internal processing that uses a special algorithm to eliminate distortion at higher volumes. As a result, for a wireless speaker of its size the company says Boomer can go seriously loud – without any compromise in quality.
With its own microphone and hands-free functions, the Boomer is also a fully functioning speakerphone. The product has an attractive luxurious satin metal enclosure, and top-mounted metal speaker grille — plus it’s small enough to carry with you.
