Clarion announced the M502 CD-less marine digital media receiver that is one of the first to be compatible with the new SXV200 SiriusXM Connect Vehicle Tuner (sold separately, SiriusXM subscription required). The compact SiriusXM tuners have one simple connection, providing integration of SiriusXM satellite radio in an inexpensive and easy to install package.

The M502 also features Pandora internet radio compatibility via an iPhone USB connection, among the first marine head units to offer this feature and also be equipped with built-in Parrot Bluetooth for hands-free calling and stereo audio streaming.

Clarion’s M502 has a sleekly styled splash resistant control panel with a large 7-way rotary key and blue illumination for easy visibility and operation. The 1DIN chassis offers exceptionally smooth sound through the rough waves with 45 watts x 4 built-in amplifier, Magna BASS EX dynamic bass enhancement, Beat EQ 3-band parametric equalizer for sound adjustment and high pass/ low pass filters. No CD mechanism means zero chance for CD skipping while you cruise the high seas. The M502 is flexible to accommodate a multitude of media formats made possible by its rear mounted USB and AUX inputs.
