Dropshippers and resellers need items sent to their customers quickly. Most China wholesale suppliers can’t deliver but wholesale electronics company Chinavasion is now processing more than more than 80% of its orders within one working day.
China Wholesale company Chinavasion has taken the lead as China’s fastest dropshipper processing more than 80% of its orders within one working day.
Dropshipping is a supply chain management system where the vendor doesn’t hold stock, but passes customer details onto their dropshipping supplier instead, who ships it to the vendor’s customer.
For dropshipping to be a viable supply chain management process the dropship supplier needs to process and ship high quality products quickly and reliably.
In fact, according to Rose Li, PR manager for wholesale electronics company Chinavasion, dropship vendors and resellers whose suppliers take longer than two weeks to ship often are often punished by both their customers and eBay.
“Resellers who’s shipping time is between two and three weeks will end up receiving terrible customer reviews and no eBay listing discounts,” according to Rose Li.
Unfortunately long shipping and turnaround times are the sad realities for many wholesale dropship companies in China.
For some wholesale distributor companies this is because they adopt a Just In Time shipping policy where items aren’t collected from their supplier until their customer places an order.
A large number of smaller China trade companies have developed bad reputations for long, drawn out, shipping times for this reason.
According to Chinavasion’s Rose Li Chinavasion has avoided falling in this trap by keeping stock on hand to fill orders quickly for customers.
In June, the wholesale electronics supplier, Chinavasion, processed more than 81% of its customers order within one business day.
Chinavasion achieves same-day ship-outs on an even higher proportion of dropship orders.
Up to 96% of single piece orders from regular dropship vendors are sent out within one day.
According to Chinavasion’s Rose Li this presents a fantastic opportunity for dropshippers and resellers selling on eBay.
Especially as it usually only takes two days on average for an international courier company to get items from China to most main cities.
“A reseller using Chinavasion could almost guarantee that their customer will have the item in their hands within four to five working days,” according to Rose Li. “That guarantees them building a great deal of customer satisfaction and return business.”
