Also accessible within the tool are Knowledge College, Chief’s all-new online training tool, and a customizable literature program where dealers can create personalized Chief literature by adding their company logo and contact information to Chief accessory and TV mount brochures.
Overall, the new Chief website appears visually similar to the previous site, providing users with familiarity and consistency. Usability focus groups were conducted at CEDIA 2007 to obtain even more feedback on how dealers are using the Chief site, how the new changes impact the overall user experience, and what dealers want to see in the future.
