CTK-810 Provides Music Enthusiasts with a True Piano Look and Feel

Casio, Inc.’s new CTK-810 will be embraced by music enthusiasts for its stylish design and sound quality. The newest digital piano is in sync with the inventive CTK line, known for generating true piano sound in a sleek, compact body. The CTK-810, boasts more tones and keys changing from synth style, which are spring-loaded keys to piano style, which provides players a realistic hammer action feel. The new product also features a new look that makes it the best looking keyboard on the market. The CTK-810 was designed with the player in mind providing musicians with registration memory and piano style keys — for a professional look and feel.

The CTK line is Casio’s groundbreaking series of portable keyboards that feature the sound of a traditional piano. The CTK-810 offers the high quality sound that beginners and intermediate musicians are looking for. With 61 piano-style keys, the CTK-810 demonstrates a quality sound and look that sets Casio apart in the industry. The CTK-810 has an advanced HL sound source that produces a louder and brighter sound or a softer sound, depending on the way the keys are struck. Musicians can anticipate an expressive, more enjoyable playing experience, as the keyboard has many features that make it ideal for distinctive sounds and styles.

“The CTK-810 is designed for the style-conscious musician who visualizes a performance that encompasses a grand sound along with style and beauty,” said Peter Brinkman, Vice President of Casio’s Consumer Products Division. “We are excited to offer musicians a keyboard that will enhance their performances by blending songs’ quality with the keyboards’ striking appearance.”

Launched in May, the CTK-810 will provide piano enthusiasts with a sleek and stylish musical instrument that accentuates the highly advanced inner qualities. The CTK-810’s sound source provides 32-note polyphony and allows notes to reverberate naturally without being cut off during high-speed passage, displaying the sound of a grand piano. The CTK-810 carries a five-watt (two and a half watt per side) sound system to successfully imitate the sound of a grand piano.

Additional features include:

  • 515 tones
  • 120 Rhythms for Piano
  • Touch Response
  • Expanded song memory
  • USB and MIDI

The CTK-810 is available at retail for $149.99.
