Axion Announces New Dual-Screen 7 inch Portable DVD Players at CES 2006
New Axion tablet LCD TV/DVD players feature two screens for twice the entertainment
Las Vegas, Nevada, January 4, 2006: Today Axion announced its first dual-screen portable LCD products, the AXN-6072 and AXN-6073. These innovative tablet LCD TV/DVD players each feature two 7 inch TFT LCD screens in a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio (adjustable to 4:3). The Axion 7 inch LCD TV/DVD players are thinner than 1.5 inches and weigh less than two pounds making them easy to pack and transport. The AXN-6072 allows users to watch a DVD on one screen while playing video games on the other; and it also functions as a CD and MP3 player. The dual screen set up is perfect for long road trips or just to keep the kids entertained on the way to the store.
The next phase of portable entertainment is coming with Axion’s new tablet DVD players,expressed Jefrey Peng, Axion Vice President. They’ll provide twice the entertainment in one portable package?
The AXN-6072 and AXN-6073 also feature Axion’s Axi-Port an innovative connection for Axion’s TV/cable tuner accessories and SEGA Gaming Joystick. The TV Tuner provides full TV/cable tuning for viewing your favorite program. The gaming joystick provides a host of games from the SEGA Classics collection.
