ATI & TitanTV Simplify HDTV Recording

Decisionmark Corp. and ATI Technologies Collaborate to Enable One-Click Record and Watch on the PC

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, May 27, 2005 — ATI users’ recording experience made even easier with integration of powerful TitanTV program listings

Decisionmark Corp. and ATI Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:ATYT)(TSX:ATY) have joined forces to enable one-click record and watch capability for ATI customers from Decisionmark’s premier TV listings web site, TitanTV.com. This collaboration has been long-awaited by many ATI customers who desire to use TitanTV’s accurate listings and powerful electronic program guide (EPG) features. The integration follows on the success of ATI’s HDTV Wonder™, featuring high quality digital and analog TV reception, and provides ATI’s U.S. users with the ability to record and watch from TitanTV’s digital, analog, cable and satellite listings.

ATI HDTV Wonder customers can now download an update and immediately begin using TitanTV.com to schedule to record and watch TV on their PCs.

“We’re pleased to be working with an industry leader like ATI to provide HDTV Wonder consumers with a first-rate PC TV record and watch experience,” said Jack Perry president and CEO of Decisionmark. “The combination of TitanTV’s convenient features and accurate listings with ATI’s powerful video recording capabilities will raise the bar on the consumer PC recording experience.”

“Many of our users have been requesting integration with TitanTV.com for some time and will be very pleased with this new collaboration,” said Godfrey Cheng Director of Marketing, Multimedia Products, ATI Technologies Inc. “TitanTV’s robust program listings will provide a way for our HDTV Wonder consumers to effortlessly record digital and high definition programming.”

ATI customers can also take advantage of TitanTV’s free functionality that includes smart searching, favorite channel customization from all sources (antenna, cable, satellite, etc.), program genre filtering, program reminders, and many other sophisticated features. TitanTV is also the only EPG that is connected to local TV broadcast affiliates for real-time program schedule updates, increasingly important in the PVR era.
