HOW DO I HOOK UP A DVD RECORDER AND A SET TOP BOX!

i live in the uk and just baught a new dvd recorder it is the lite on 5001 and i have a sky digital set top box linked to a satalite dish. My tv only has one scart soccet and every thing put in it is on channel AV1 i cant run both at the same time to record on the set top box! HELP also my tv has no red white and yellow holes and my digi box only has red and white.
I will be gratefull to anyone who cdan help thank you.
