This switch has 4 inputs for 4 sats, and 4 outputs for 4 receivers. DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO BUY A CHEAPER DP34 SWITCH. The solution below (same as posted by Fish_hawk) may work for Dish LNBs, but no guarantee. If your LNBs are NOT Dish original, If the LNBs have two outputs for two receivers, buy two 4 to 1 switches (as low as $5 each) and connect them up as Fish_hawk has shown in the diagram above. For generic LNBs this is the best solution. Even buying three new generic LNBs with two identical outputs on each and buying two 4 to 1 switches, can cost as little as $40, i.e. $10 each for three LNBs and $5 each for the two switches. Buy weatherproof switches that can be mounted outdoors, but mount on the soffit for less exposure to water. |
