Hello. I bought a new hub for my kbox prodigy one week ago and all channels were working! Suddenly today, a message says scramble channel and no channels work. Only the free ones work! Please help me!!

Reading elsewhere it seems that it may be something to do with the new file. The best suggestion was that you reset and start a fresh with a factory or an older file and then install the new file and it should work.
