Can someone help me setup extra fta receiver alongside vip222k receiver. Currently vip222k is working fine with 2 tvs. It is connected like this: From Dish 2 lines, connected to holland dual ground block One line from holland dual ground block to diplexer SAT port One line from diplexer UHF/VHF to TV2 One line from diplexer IN/OUT to upstair room where vip222k recever is. This line goes to triplexer just before the dual tuner/recevier 3 outs from triplexer connected to SAT1, SAT2, and home distribution ports on the receiver
I am not sure how can I hook FTA next to dual tuner. I tried connecting in/out triplexer to FTA, and FTA works (only FTA receiver, not dish receiver).
Thank you very much if someone can help me setup another receiver alongside dual receiver. Tried searching this forum and others on internet, but got lost in different switch/dish configurations
FYI: I am not sure how exactly dish is connected, dish menu shows this for switch settings: SAT1: LNB 3or4 SAT w/separator (port 1, port 2, port 3, port 4 to different satellites) SAT2: same as SAT1
