I am trying to put together a nice little hometheater in our home. I need help deciding on which TV to get. Most of the TV's I see in the stores such as Tweeter and Goodguys are Samsung DLP's and Sony Grand Wega LCD's and lately the new Mitsubishi DLP. Which would you guys recommend. Has anyone heard anything about the new Mitsubishi DLP sets? How do they compare to the Samsung in picture quality.
From what I have gathered, the Mitsu is cable card ready with built in HDTV tuner, different slots for different media cards, and and the latest DLP chip. But I have not heard any reviews or comparisons on the TV. Thinking of going with the Medallion series when it comes out in 2 weeks as it also includes an antiglare shield... other than that it is pretty similar to the Model they have in the store right now.
Should I go and preorder the Mitsubishi? How do you think it compares to the Samsungs & Sony? Do the current Grand Wega Sony TV's still have issues?
