20+ Channels from Thailand FTA on 101W

You will need a regular 30" dish and an HD receiver
Broadcast is in Standard Def but all new satellite technology are heading in the HD direction

Jimmy was funny
I used to pick on him more than I sleep per day
I can't forget he will stay up to 3:32am to pick on me squeeling lika pig oink oink

Greg was the funniest, I know you don't like him
But you gotta take a joke from time to time
Greg I hope you still got the funny side of you!!!

The worst one was WhiteHawk aka FTAss
If I remember correctly he was the 14 year old Aribian boi, he must be in College by now. Too bad kids grow fast

The symbol rate 30,000 it's standard any SD/HD box will do any symbol rate
QPSK: Quad Phase Shift Keying (all SD receivers do)
Everything is QPSK it means multibit
8PSK is a special decoder receiver and it's not the case
FEC 2/3 it means forwared Error bits 2&3 (very standard)
MPEG-4 means a new decoding schemes i.e. not MPG-2
But it is DVB-S2

So pretty much everything should be in standard HD STB receiver
If you are to buy a new Setup Box satellite receiver
Just make sure it is DVB-S2 that's all
The rest is all standard satellite receive and scan
