No Signal...no nothing

Hello Either Nalin or any expert:
Since yesterday I have a problem with SonicView 8000HD.
There is no signal and both signal line and quality line is flat and I cannot get any channel including their 101 etc. However when the cable
from the dish is connected I get the correct time shown. Ethernet
cable is connected properly and the light is on. When I disconnect the cable from the satellite the time goes to 12:00. So I assume that my receiver is getting signals from the dish but not the picture and
sound including ch.101. Can someone advise me .

Try a hard reboot> switch off on panel!

If you have a switch try it without it, check also if snow or something can blocked the signal!

Thanks every one for our input. Finally I figured out the problem!!!!!!!and it was the Diseq Switch. I changed the switch and the signal and quality went up and could get picture and sound. The Diseq switch was about six years old and was getting corroded.
