Ivacom dead for the storm

we got a big storm last week in the Northeast, a lot of snow got on the roof and completed cover my Ivacom for 97w. Next day I turn on my sonicview and no signal, reset it couple times no signal...... I went outside and the lnb is cover. double check cables around receiver is ok... do you think is dead...

Invacom has very high quality products, rarely a LNB will be dead!
Check for moisture in connectors!
Try a new switch or a new cable!

Mario take note that no snow at all should be present on either the antenna or over the LNB.

Wipe out the snow and your signal will come back solid.

so far I can't reach the area due to ice and snow, I hope is the cable, I really like this eye make it easy to find this hard bird here in Northeast.

snow went down and finally I can see the cable got lose from the eye,still cant reach it but at least I know the Ivacom is not the problem

I got it , the weather gave us a break yesterday and cleaned the roof a little bit, and get the cable in the Ivacom. I search with the Birdog the satellite and I found it , thanks God the weather did not move the anthena.
