The VS Pro is stuck in boot. So to load v107 file, I guess I have to use a serial cable and an appropriate loader. Question: What that loader will be and can I find that loader at the web address given by you ? Thanks again, Nydas.

Your troubles may not be over yet.

Download the two PDFs from there.
From what you have told us, You may be in a lot more trouble.
If you cannot get the viewsat loader to load using a serial cable, you may have to solve a hardware problem.
Best of luck.

Nydas, you are so very right.
I still have not found a loader for serial cable loading. satfix is blocking my log in attempt.
I saw somewhere that v107 is a .all file and can be loaded with a USB memory stick. Any idea how that can be done when my VS PRO is stuck in boot. Will appreciate your thoughts on that.

Doreen, it does not look like this site is free.
But on different topic, a number of VS Pro receivers (including mine) are stuck on 'boot'. I tried loading factory bin (both serial cable and USB methods) without success. Then Nydas pointed me to info about possible power supply problem (bulged or leaky capacitors). When I opened mine, there was no such capacitors. These receivers were bought only 3 years ago !
