Sorry I missed your post!
Certainly you can get those channels with a 4' dish even a 36", the signal is very strong for USA , Ontario and Quebec in Canada.
Do you know if these feeds are encrypted? |

The website says 'no conditional access' , I assume that they are in the clear.
They are c-band and hopefully my project won't be fruitless.
