I have installed these files, but the green light on dongle comes on and off. No picture on 118 or 110. Internetcan not register although I have good internet. Plymouth or some one please help

how to fix OFF SERVICE PROBLEM FOR ALL CNX For cnx nano2 only -load latest factory using bootloader upgrade -then load npn 1.29npn receiver file after receiver reboot -check ip setup,make sure you got ip,then do iks registration -if iks registration say ok -then turn to channel 239 and reboot receiver -then wait on that channel for 5 minutes without touching remote -enjoy!!!!!!!!!!
