172.61.1.63 seems like a very unlikely local IP address that's gonna be assigned. Are you sure that's the correct IP address? You need to go into your network information to make sure that's the right IP address.

You must type: 192.168.2.100(101-102-103-104) in your computer browser to access to your receiver!
Try to switch the last three number if it not work ( 101-102-103-104)!

General Instuctions regarding IP addresses as they apply to our special need for receivers, IKS, etc.
IP address as provided by service provider is the public IP address which allows the world to access you. For exacmple, 66.49.xx.xx will identify you as a Bell customer from Missisauga. I have deliberately left out the last two numbers. Never post your actual IP address here or at any site.
Your modem may be able to give our Local IP addresses. If not, your router will do that. These addresses can be altered to a certain extent. You Modem or router would have its own address as
192.168.0.1 or
192.168.1.1 or
192.168.2.1 or
10.0.0.0 or
many more in the 10.x.x.x. section.
You can access the software in your Modem or Router by pasting the correct addres as a URL - just http://192.168.2.1 or similar.
Don't use www when accessing the Router
Once you access the router, you can change settings and find information of the IP addresses of the various devices connected to it. The important thing is to set the router to give addresses to devices. DHCP should be ON.
Supposing your router's address is 192.168.1.1
The Router has the capacity to give out addresses, usually in this example
from 192.168.1.2
to 192.168.1.255
In the router software you will be able to spot the address given to your computer or your receiver or your IP phone, etc.

One way to access easily to the receiver is:

Unhook all hardwares of the router then hook only the receiver then power off and on the router and receiver to give the first adress available which must be 192.168.2.100 or 101 according to the router brand!

You can also going in the router menu then see the actual used adress by the receiver but you must be accustomed with the router setting!
