If you look at their first page you will see that they are advertising the same CNX nano, i-link and Sonicview. I wouldn't advise joining there by paying.
I think, Sir, that they are just selling a couple of IKS boxes and charging this extra fee for giving you or loading the software. As Nydas says above - do not pay for any such service. You lose your money and you are identified. Just my two cents worth.
