DVD to VCR to old TV

Hello all,
My old TV (orion color 513) has only an RF antenna socket. Iam trying to connect my DVD (SEG Hawaii) to my TV via my VCR (SEG). I have connected the DVD to my VCR thro' SCART, and have taken the video out to my TV. Iam able to get a clear picture but no audio. I don't think macrovision protection is the reason as my video is very clear. Is there a way around without buying a RF modulator?

Thanks
Clement

In this case your VCR IS and RF modulator. Don't be afraid to use one. This one http://www.radioshack.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=CTLG&category%5Fname=CTLG%5F003%5F010%5F009%5F000&product%5Fid=15%2D2525 even activates the Stereo decoder in your TV.

has them as well!
Enjoy.

Just goes to prove that Digital TV and DVD is an upgrade scam after all.
