kbox is a piece of sh*t! No explanation available anywhere nor any idea when it will come back. All the time you are left completely in the dark. And we're supposed to just sit back and be thankful for what we have. LOL! Whatever!

Kbox shut off their server at almost the same time as the .org sites where shut down. I realize these events are unrelated Just saying if you wanted to start stupid rumours the timing was perfect. I still read here and there waiting for an official announcement or some funny rumours.
As long as there is a hope there. Is there? Or they just do this in purpose to drive people to buy another branded box to help to push the sales? Money talks, you know?
The problem must be the economy... I've heard from a reliable source that the KBox Coders have day jobs at Burger King and haven't been able to do much coding because the boss keeps offering them overtime.
The good news is that BK tends to slow down in the Summer... So perhaps around July there might be some movement... (other than a bowel movement)...
I'm not a conspiracy theory kind of guy... But seeing how I have way too much time on my hands... Here is my conspiracy theory...
What if DN made a deal with Viewsat, Kbox & some of the others... They could offer services & channels so they could recoup their costs... But would have to make the services so completely unreliable, frustrating & aggravating to the user so they finally give up on FTA and just buy the sub with a premium package.
The service might work for a month... Down for two... Hopes up, hopes die... Arrrggg... Why bother?... No more PPV's... No cricket... Shitty HD or none at all...
Like most conspiracy theories... I realize that probably 80% of this is totally wrong... But there is still that outside 20% that might have some truth to it... After all, why are some services only minorly affected???...
