Thanks for your reply sump, then what has happened with my kbox pro, i do have 219 and signal and quality is around 87% on 118, but strangely dropped in 119 like 21% and red, but 118 channels has to come if i assume the dish must have moved, I would appreciate your reply. Thanks

Switch off completely. unplug your Khub. Wait for 2 minutes. Plug in your khub. Switch on.

today DN changes transponders around to fix is just to rescan the sats.
you will also find that the signal meter does not work properly and the TP for that is not valid any more, but channels will work fine after rescan .. for more and good info, and KBOX loader prgram so you can get updates, and notices yourself ...
