i moved today into a new house, and ever sense the remote for my RCA L32HD31R tv hasn't been working (the remote that actually came with the tv). It only turns on when i manually press the button on the side of the screen, and when I go to turn the volume up it works for a second and then starts messing with my surround sound speakers volume (which ironically, that remote is not working either). i tried unplugging everything and changing batteries but nothing is working.
