Yes. I am presuming that the Dish is plus dish and not a regular dish. If you are going to use DP34, and also something like nano 2 or kbox, make sure you have a DN reciever (old one will do) on all the time to give adequate power to the whole system.

For DPP LNB Put 119 on 1, 110 on 2, 118 on 3 or 4,
119 and 110 '" use LNB freq 11250 118 use LNB freq 10750 or 9750-10750
I have never liked the DP34 switch because it does not supply enough power to the FTA receivers. Connect an old DN receiver to the first output and leave it on to provide extra power.
nalin thanx . nalin dp34 with fta receiver is always good for me . never has a problem as long as u use dp lnbs ofcourse. i have never have experience wsith dish 500 plus suing thw dishnetwork original lnb for 119/118. the regular lnb 119/118 that we buy in net works great with dp34 using fta box . you can not use it with dish network sub. becuz im using the sub not the fta receiver. i wanna do my own instalation instead of the dish to come to my place.
119 use frequency 11250 . but with the special lnb 119 and 118 use both 10750 frequency . when u set the fta box using the compatible lnb for 119/118 u set the frquency for both 10750 and you assign for both same port.
now that i will use the ortiginal dish lnb it's dual and i was not sure wether to use both port or only one for 119/118.
also in dishnetwork receiver you can not do the configuration like in fta/ it does it itself . after the setup . u just have to go to menu and do test for the switch . and it automaticaly look for what king of switch and download the epg automatic. we dont download channels they r inside the software already / you can see them only if the signal is correct .
also what is confusing in picture the common sense should be 119 next 118 and next 110. but it says the first output is 118 then 119 then 110 .
im setting this dish for 2 houses cuz we split the sub bill. and we will be using 61.5 119 118 110 . if 119/118 use one port then dont need to buy dpp44 which is very expensive compare to dp 34 which i already have . i hope u get the picture now . anyway thanx. nalin
hindi channels are working..If you aren't getting them, reset to factory settings and reload bin and khub and rescan 118.8.don't use blind scan just use red button(scan). Will work..some 300's are up also...also make sure that your au is turned off...
I am getting International Channels and 300+ channels on KBOX Pro. My kids are complaining about their Cartoon channels. Is anyone getting Cartoon, Discovery and other 100+ channels?
kbox has about 6 movie channels at channel 300 on sat 119 and about 12 Indian, Pakistani channels including bengali and Punjabi languages on sat at 118. The south Indian and Gujarati channels are not available.
