After going Ariza few years ago Than with viewsat ultra than with K Box
I think i am done with spending money towards these boxes, its time to hook up my laptop with my TV and watch it through online channels rather than anything.
if something comes that's ok with me, else i will see just streams
this latest upgrade file will work with latest factory file.so please upgrade to new factory file then load new upgrade file for better result.

The official kbox update files are dated around 7th January and are version 217. do not load any other files till an official version appears at http://kboxkhub.org/

I agree with Sam. It is long awaited.
However, they did at least provide a beta that they warned would be unstable. They have finally started talking again just before the beta release right through to its release and thereafter as excellent news, and to state "full release" (and not beta) sounds great too.
Now lets see when and most importantly how well they have secured their servers to see how long it remains up. They did say early on they will be back up stronger than ever and more recently that you can't keep a good box down... but it has been down ironically enough.
Constant work on these servers is also discouraging, especially given there are greater powers at play to rival them. We'll see I guess....I am just guessing here.
