andy kowalczyk. The following is based on the presumption you have kbox - you posted in the kbox thread, the same question.
Go into Menu/installation/dish setting and you have contro ove LNB type . If your LNB is generic like a DGL 1189 or CB2008A, select "Somgle" or Universal. If you have Dishpro +, then select OCS-DP. LNB Freq isusually 10750 or 10600 with single LNB type. or 9750-10600 for Universal LNB type. With OCS-DP 10750 should be fine. It is obvioy that you have the correct setting for DiSEqC. You should post it anyway whenever you are asking for help. Level and Quality indicators are a good guide.
You have tried scan all, so I suggest you do a Blind scan. Blind scani is available at Menu/BlindScan.. You should see 118.8 Anik F3 at the top.. Set symbol rate to detailed abd Polararity to all. Mode to All and then scan.
