Unplug khub from back and unplug the Ethernet cable. 3. 1 minute later plug them back in and switch on. 4. Rescan all sats attached to your receiver. 5. Switch on at back and wait a minute, You should have all the available kbox channels.

Go into Menu/installation/dish setting and you have contro ove LNB type . If your LNB is generic like a DGL 1189 or CB2008A, select "Somgle" or Universal. If you have Dishpro +, then select OCS-DP. LNB Freq isusually 10750 or 10600 with single LNB type. or 9750-10600 for Universal LNB type. With OCS-DP 10750 should be fine. It is obvioy that you have the correct setting for DiSEqC. You should post it anyway whenever you are asking for help. Level and Quality indicators are a good guide. You have tried scan all, so I suggest you do a Blind scan. Blind scani is available at Menu/BlindScan.. You should see 118.8 Anik F3 at the top.. Set symbol rate to detailed abd Polararity to all. Mode to All and then scan. Hope you succeed. Please state your results.

Urdu/Hindi, Southe Indian Languages and Gujarati are not kbox's favourites right now.

His question was "why 300 and up channels not working,I done factory default, unplug and rescen and nothing." 300 up channels are being scanned properly on 119W. After scanning you should at least see audio and video on the following channels. 829 882 7083 and up - many (mostly showing same) Some channnels in the 300-316 range were showing and have stopped, i.e. they are being scanned but there is no A/V on them now. If you are scanning 118.8, there are some channels in the 600 and 800 area with A/V coming in. So andy kowalczyk shoulkd spoecify 1. That the scanning is showing a lot of channels in the channels list; 2. There are only a few channels where A/V is active.
