I love this TV and I know it's old but I would love to keep it going for a few more years! The screen picture display is still good but it appears that the screen dispaly has shifted about three inches up. This means that the top of the display is missing and there is a black portion of the bottom of about three inches. Is there a simple fix???

There should be an adjustment you can make in the convergence menu

The quick answer to that question is: Your owners manual!

I cannot easily find a copy online or I could tell you exactly.

The next step would be to get a qualified/electrically conscience person inside the box to see what moved or perhaps more specifically what part of the lamp mount has changed.
