Since Nfusion is down for uncertain time.I am thinking to buy Dreambox100.Its 190 to 199 cash in Toronto.Its first Non-Linux Box.Its up on private and public iks server.Very impressive chennel list of public iks server.What you guys think.Pl give feedback.

Yes Sada.I have spent lot of hours on net reading and doing searching on different brands.I find Dreambox DM100 being non linux,specially best box for south asian viewers and cricket lovers.
DM100 clones are here . Not surprisingly reports of dm100 clones are starting to come in.
Some sources indicate that clones are working just as well , if not better, than original units.
New receivers are manufactured in either Korea or China - so are clones.
At the present genuine stbs have a hologram sticker on the box and receiver. apparently that is not the case with clones.
The clone is gray in the front and the original is black.
Genuine receivers have a serial number ,MAC address and has the German website on the box .
As always the b est way to protect oneself is by purchasing the receiver from an authorized dealer . In most cases the old saying holds true - if its seems too good to be true it probably is . Cheap often ( not always ) equates to clone , or damaged goods.

these channels list are latest and updated, so no worries, Aamir as we mentioned its like nfusion/ k1plus so yeh easy to intsll, yes subhash channel list is correct and updated,,
Dreambox 100 is on Public IKS and you can get the files from currentbins and dsstester site} The instructions are similar to other IKS receivers - not too difficult.
well the question is , how long Dreambox will remain running. When KBOX was out, i was told by many that IKS will be here for atleast a while but look what happened. I beleive Dreambox is no different than KBOX and Nfusion and CNX, so why would anyone spend 200 dollar knowing that already 2 of the major receivers are down. Can anyone give guarantee that this dreambox will run atleast 4 months?
I agree farhan. No guarantee for any thing. No one should spend any money on any box. IKS isn't a permanent solution for entertainment. I myself has nano2 it is ok to have it but i'm not really in favour of any one should buy it. I haven't given up my sub and I won't .

Default Dreambox Dm100 Review This is My first review.... I am going to keep it simple. I did all my research and I decided to buy dreambox dm100...... because you can use it with public iks or private iks..... So when I received dm100... I was kinda shock .. dm 100 was so small and cute but doubt started to grow in my mind...(because of size) It does look small but its powerful .. and dm 100 Capable of doing stuff that some other boxes dont do... After I input recommended files and followed step by step guide properly which is located in file section... I found it very easy(if you know what you doing) to follow withhin 5min my dm was up and running(public server)..Scanning channel part and channel line up was poorly implimented it does scan but not proper way.. In this case You can upload channel list no problem. But i am sure in the future software upgarde will fix this issue.. And Sometimes lil freezes but if you reboot than you are good to go.. 118w They got handful of international channel... Lots of South asian (Indian bengoli, Tamil ) arbic and other channels. And 119w They got handful of channel with hbo showtime e.tc. No B3v channels line up.. nimiq 1 only icc cricket and 82 only CBN which is currently down. And so far its wroking well with Good picture quality...I know myself with iks there's no guarantee. I know Dm Doesnt scream out loud But they prove it with thier action. Its a great lil working and make you feel good receiver. This is my 1st week and overall i am happy and satisfied with dm100. I hope my easy review Will help people to decide themself.... And hope that people will stop posting same question again and again.... Now I would like to thank those people who made it easy for us.. I would like to thank who put very easy step by step set up guide and files. And also i would like to thank Dreambox support team, team member forum member who helped me with lots of information....I just like to say guys i do appriciate your effort and help... I am done with IKS boxes now, not a safe investment. My K Box is on and off and it was basically ON for less than a week last week and off again.
I don't have more money to spend, though thinking to attach my laptop with my TV. atleast, i can always refresh the screen or go to other site if 1 dies.
