As Greg said, its a decent, fairly good router.
PC World Magazine has this review.

and yes, adapters are just plugged in & ready to go.
At Linksys site ( click here ) you'll find a tutorial called
"Setting up your Home Network".
(look for it on the far right of your screen)

here is a typical powerline network.
(In your case it would be a much simpler setup)

"LINKSYS WIRELESS-N router and 85Mbps Powerline Network Adapters"
You can use
1. Either the wireless transmitted signals to be received at the receiver end using a wireless bdridge.
2. You do not use the wireless transmission of router. You connect one output of the router to the input of a powerline adaptor and plug it into the wall output (do NOT use the outlet of power bar - use the wall outlet).
Then take the other powerline to the receiver area and connect a short ehternet cable from ethernet output of the powerline adpator to the input of the khub. Plug the khub in. Plug the powerline adpator into the wall outlet.
You are now ready.
turn on power to the khub, and proceed to scan etc.

You think Esvaldo don't have input? He is a respected member of our forum. I cant tell you his true identity cause the Mexican government is looking for him. Take it from me he knows more about FTA than half the people here. Besides this is a public forum and nobody gives a flying fucked what you think Devin.
