Help with 2 nfusion phoenix installation

I have 2 nfusion phoenix receivers.....1 is at my neighbors hse, the other at my hse.
He has TV and I do not.
I am running a gel cable from his router to my hse..
No problem with internet.... then that feeds a switch which feeds my computer & the n fusion...but I can not get TV.... Just want 119 . The settings are bthe same on each box.... HELP please

As soon that you downloaded the file in your receiver you must do a factory default then scan your satellite.

When the signal comes to your house it has one IP given out by your neighbour's router. You have to a second router to split this signal, and I would make sure that this second router has its default IP address different from the router in your neighbour's house.
