u are welcome. no it uses iks, so there will be issues, its not easy to make server stable, and its normal with any iks rec, problem occurs when too many people watch tv at same time with iks,....server gets over loaded, did u notice when it gets down, normally on weekend, evenings or any holiday.
go to http://kboxkhub.org/ download file and extract in usb drive plug in usb drive to rec. allow it to upload file (just press 'ok') it'll restart than take out usb drive. Go to Menu--> Cong.--> Network It'll take time but will show 'OK' restart kbox. rec.
