Doesn't it really mean, when you 'don't get nothing', you are actually getting something??

Some local channels are working -

One way to find them is to delete all channels, go into antenna set up- satellite scan and select FTA, press OK a couple times and scan should start.

The channels I'm getting are mostly South Florida channels. 8830's 8860's. Some PBS. Just checked them, they're still on. A lot of the 8800's are up. After months of being off, just turned it back on with the last good bin and they are coming in. Finally some tv that I don't lose when a cloud comes by with my little antenna. I'm happy with just the locals for now.

Hi Max,
Are your local channels HD you are picking up?
I didn't think our Pansat would pick up hd channels
shows how much I know.. I have been using the hd converter box with antenna since the hd switch.

Locals are super clear I receive about 16 channels.
satisfied until new fixes.
Do you not have a converter box for hd?
They are really cheap 20.30. walmart.

Thanks for info, I might blow the dust off of mine
and hook up. Just for fun, but if only locals probably not worth my time. ... ha ha

Kimberly, I have the converter box, but it doesn't do a lot of good when there is bad weather between me and West Palm. Too far away to pick some channels up when it's cloudy even with an antenna power booster. The close ones come in great, but some stations are too far south. No you can't get HD with the pansat 2700. But it least they are coming in and staying in.
