No longer a rumor, Viewsat Plat wide open in North America on N2 bin Jan 12 2007. unable to get XM radio though, but everything else wide open. Slight freezing on PPV about every 35 minutes, aside from that perfect

With one of these
you can switch from your Nfusion to your Viewsat receiver.

I don't put this thing because with this will make lose signal srenght to get true Free to Air satellites.

This is not the good switch box for Satellite!

So You are too stupid to hook it in loop output and only power off the other unit!

So all my video/audio inputs are full with a extra 4 input switch for Wi, DVD recorder, DVD, Computer and receiver

Make sure that while the switch is one side, the other (unused) side is not shorted out.

Test with an ohmeter to make sure it does not show a short or a 75 ohms termination. If it is shorted out or displays 75 ohms, your receiver will blow up trying to push the LNB power on that shorted side....

Is there a way to switch one TV between a DN receiver and a FTA receiver without disconnecting and reconnecting cables?

Yes,

Get an A/B switch at R----shack or H---depot. Costs less than $5. This will have two inputs and one output with a switch to select between the two inputs. Output goes to TV, connect the FTA to one input, DN to the other input. Simply switch between the two as needed.

Greg

I have 2 speaker cables which cost 780$ Cdn, this stupid b1tch think that I will buy this useless switch when I can use the loop on the receiver.

So the problem is that I don't have enough Video/audio input, not hook the LNB between both receivers.

The A-B switch above is a Philips PH61007 I have been using it for a long time now. I can switch from my Cable to my Dish Network receiver. There is no loss of quality and works great. They are sold all over the Internet around $10.00 plus shipping. Radio Shack don't stock this switch.

Hope this will help.

As Isays you only use the Loop output on your receiver, you only power off the receiver which you not use and it work fine.

This morning I buyed a new Video/Audio Switch box.
