Hi Rockman
Do I need to connect the internet as well?

If so, I need to connect the eithernet cable between the modem and receiver ?

After that you loaded the new file you must do a factory default then scan your satellites.

I loaded
090831_Solaris_Phoenix_v153_0 after factory bin.

And scan all the channels at 119. / 110.

It scans the channel, but no picture, due to that error mentioned above.

I think its a internet problem. I don't know how to fix it. As I am connecting my modem directly with network cable to the receiver.

As I says after that you had loaded the file you must do a factory default.

You can try a hard reboot before to reset the receiver, be sure that your Proxy settings is set to OFF.
