Kbox prodigy does not power on

I reset from the back using power switch but nothing, only thing on tv screen comes up is black screen. Please help anyone. Reply ASAP Thanks

Now your gonna load the 1.76 fac file. When you tell the loader to load the file turn on receiver at rear while telling the loader to connect. Forcing the factory file is a bit of a timing thing. Just trying to possibly save you the trouble of sending it in for repair, because that is what they're gonna do. And if that works for them they will let you know.
