Does anybody have any idea if the DVP-CX875P ... "MegaStorage® CD Changer Control" feature exists? or how it works. I have read several reviews for this DVD player that mention this feature, but you will not find a word said about it on Sony's web page for this DVD player. And I can't find any information about how it works. I assume it has something to do with daisy chaining another CD/DVD player to this one. But before I drop $400.00 bucks on this unit, I'd like to know for sure. And how does it work? How are the extra CD/DVD titles stored and displayed? I don't have a lot of DVDs, but I have over 500 CDs, and daisy chaining a couple of mega storage units is an important feature for me. Does anybody know anything about this feature?
Well,it looks like I'm going to be answering my own question here... For those of you who have also read reveiws touting the "DVP-CX875P "MegaStorage® CD Changer Control" feature - it doesn't exist. I recently received an email from Sony explaining that the DVP-CX875P "400+3" DVD/CD player does NOT have a daisy chain capability of any kind.
