Did you flash the router and registered the khub? If you've done both, look at the module light if you have an old one. I believe if it's red, it's something with your network and if it's orange it seems it's not registered or something with their server and solid green means it's working. Most people seem to have a network issue, so check with a laptop or what have you to make sure the connection does in fact work. You might need to reboot the module
