I was just wondering about a couple of things and was hoping somebody could answer these questions. Not that they're really important though, just wondering:
1) If an N3 fix is ever released, does that mean DTV would be wide open too?
2) If DN switched all international channels to 118 (particularly South Asian channels) does that mean they provided new dishes and LNBs to their current international channel subscribers?
3) If they didn't do 2), then doesn't that indicate that you would still be able to watch those channels on 61.5 when/if an N3 fix is released?
Q. 1. N3 has nothing to do with encryption used by DTV. These are two separate companies with distinctly different encryptions.
Q. 2. DN has an upgrade kit for people wanting to switch from 110/119/129 to 110/118/119. Alternatively they have DishPro plus (500 and 1000) to go to 118/119 and 110 , 118/119
Q.3 The channels on 61.5 are all gone to or going to HD
