Yes you can use same dish with 110 and 119, but if you want maximum channels, you have to point another dish on Bev 91W

The box makes no difference to which bird your dish is pointing at. You can unhook a working DN receiver and connect a FTA receiver with a third party bin and the FTA receiver will get the DN channels provided the third party bin works on the channel you are tuned in to.

From what I have read it is going to be a very long time, if ever, for a n3 bin to come out for any boxes. The good ole days of having a bin file open everything is gone for now if not forever.

You can unhook your receiver and hook the new on your diseq, you must have a rooter and hook your receiver directly in the rooter.

Few minors settings is needed then you scan your satellites and enjoy it.

You can buy a Ethernet wireless bridge, it work with both diseq and 22k.

I explained clearly why you are having a problem with the HD channels and how to fix the problem. I could be guessing...

Ok I am sorry if the question I am about to ask has already been asked but I am lost...
Yesterday I got a NFusion Solaris and I am trying to set it up???? I downloaded the bin 090717_nova_sol_phoenix_v151_3 with my computer and the null modem cable then i set the antenna setting for 110 and 119 and I have good S and Q ( I had a viewsat before they went down) I have the internet cable pluged into the back of the reciver . I did my channel scan but somewhere I must not have something set cause when I try to watch a channel it says service not available. I was able to use the webloader as well to load the same bin on to the reciver. Can someone help me with the setting I might need?

I'm very new(1 month) to this IKS too but I learn very rapidly.

You will like this Solaris with very good picture and very good support, not the best for true FTA but a good receiver, much better than Nova.

It's nice to see that new receivers are being tested. I feel more comfortable knowing I am not the only one with questions. We are all reading and learning together. Thanks Plymouth and Nancy.
